How much would you pay for an empty lot in Sutter Park?

How much would you pay for an empty lot in Sutter Park?

The custom lots in Sutter Park will be going on sale very soon. How much would you pay for one of them? These are the few lots in the North East corner that are not being developed by Tim Lewis Homes. The lots will be ready for building on them and a new owner can hire their own contractor to build their dream home as long as it meets the Sutter Park neighborhood building requirements. The lots that are going up for sale range in size from .25 acres up to .42 acres (10,800 square feet to 18,700 square feet). How much would you pay for a large buildable lot in East Sac’s new Sutter Park neighborhood? How much do you think they will actually sell for?...

Sutter Park Pre-Approvals

Sutter Park Pre-Approvals

Tim Lewis Homes just sent out an update to everyone on the interest list. They are starting to take pre-approval for interested buyers. No prices yet, but you can start the process if you are that serious. Any buyer of a new home in Sutter Park will need to be pre-approved through either US Bank or Safe Credit Union to eventually make a purchase. You can go directly to their website for pre-approvals here: The Home Buying Experience It also included links to the builders website with the floor plans and digital renderings of the front elevations of the homes. I’ve noticed that some of the floor plans have multiple options for what style the house will look like and others have only one option published so far. I’m sure that all of them will have multiple options based on my experience with Tim Lewis Homes. You can see the Garden Homes floor plans and digital renderings here: The Garden Homes The Classic Homes here: The Classics The Traditional Homes here: The Traditionals I’m pretty excited that we are officially getting communications from the builder about the properties...

Sutter Park Floor Plans

Sutter Park Floor Plans

I’ve reviewed all of the floor plans for the Sutter Park Garden, Traditional and Classic homes and I love them! I’ve toured many of their homes in the other Tim Lewis developments as well as the ones that the builder thinks will be the closest match in the finishes to the Sutter Park homes. I can honestly say that I’m even more excited about this project than when I first started tracking and blogging about them 6 years ago. I’m looking forward to helping several of my clients buy homes in here as soon as they are...

Sutter Park Neighborhood Updates!

I have new information on the development at Sutter Park Neighborhood! Below are the square feet, bedrooms and bathrooms for most of the houses that will be released in Sutter Park. The great news is that there will be a one story versions in each segment of homes, something that I’ve heard many buyers want. They haven’t released the pricing yet but I’ll post that as soon as I have it. I’ve been following the development and posting about it here for over 6 years. 36th Annual California International Marathon

Posted by on Nov 29, 2018 in East Sac, Events | 0 comments

This Sunday December 2nd will be the 36th Annual California International Marathon! Get ready to cheer on 10,000 runners completing this marathon through our amazing city. Also get ready for some serious road closures! If you thought the Run to Feed the Hungry made it tough to navigate the streets, you haven’t tried to cross town when the CIM is going on. For us East Sac residents, the key times are the closing of J Street from 8:00 am until 1:30 pm. This closes J Street from the bridge to Fair Oaks Blvd all the way to Alhambra Blvd where the race takes a little jog to L Street and closes down L Street all the way to the finish line at the California State Capitol. Come out and cheer on the CIM which is certified and sanctioned by USATF and is a Boston Marathon and US Olympic Trials Marathon...
