I joined Dunnigan Realtors in 2010 and focused my passion for real estate into helping my clients. I love hunting for the perfect home for my clients and using my extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make my listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in purchasing and selling my own rental properties, project management and complex negotiations before ever becoming a Realtor I strive for the best results for my clients while making the process as smooth as possible.
With almost no personal advertising (you’ll never see my name on a bus bench, billboard or news paper ad) I’ve built my business through providing superior service and communication to my clients. The majority of my business is now past clients and referrals but I usually have time to take on new clients that find me in other ways as well. For most of my career I have consistently been one of the top 1% producing agents out of all of the Sacramento County agents. I am happy to help my clients in whatever neighborhood they would like to live in.
