Nathan joined Dunnigan Realtors in 2010 and focused his passion for real estate into helping his clients. He loves hunting for the perfect home for his clients and using his extensive past corporate experience in brand management and marketing to make his listing stand out from the competition. With years of experience in purchasing and selling his own rental properties, project management and complex negotiations before ever becoming a Realtor, he strives for the best results for his clients while making the process as smooth as possible.
Beth joined Dunnigan Realtors in 2013. Before real estate, Beth opened a Test Only smog station and successfully sold the business for a profit before establishing a Star Certified Test & Repair shop that remains in operation today under separate ownership. Running her own businesses taught her how to think strategically, manage complex details, and deliver exceptional customer service — skills that directly translate to real estate. From marketing and negotiation to client communication and follow-through, she brings the same level of professionalism and accountability that helped her build successful businesses.
