Why should kids get all the fun? This Saturday, April 12, dogs get a head start on the Easter egg hunting fun at the Egg Hunt for Dogs at McKinley Park. Check-in is at 11am with the hunt starting at 12pm sharp. While your dog is sniffing out eggs filled with tasty doggie treats, you can enjoy your own human nibbles and local vendors. There will also be a professional photographer on hand to photograph Fido and family having fun and even hanging out with the Easter Bunny.
At 1pm, the event will close out with a raffle to benefit the City of Sacramento Front Street Animal Shelter. Bunny ears, bow ties, and other Easter attire are encouraged for pets.
