Have you been watching the construction taking place in East Sac’s Sutter Park? Things are starting to happen in there and it’s going to get very exciting over the next few months!
If you aren’t already on the builders list of pre-approved buyers for one of the homes you might get left out when they finally release them to the public. The list of eager buyers is long and I predict that these homes are going to go fast despite the premium prices they will be sold for.
