Come eat, drink and be merry at the 17th Annual Christkindlmarkt at Sacramento Turn Verein. On Saturday, December 5, and Sunday, December 6, you will enjoy live music, traditional German food and drink and the popular German market (modeled on traditional German outdoor Christmas markets). At the market, a variety of baked goods, candy, ornaments, nutcrackers and other arts and crafts will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from this year’s Christkindlmarkt will benefit several Sacramento area charities, including News10’s “Coats for Kids.” Admission is $3.00 at the door, or free with the donation of a new or like-new coat. For more information, go to sacramentoturnverein.com.
