It’s back! The second season of Food Truck Mania begins this Friday, March 13, at McKinley Park. From 5-8pm, more than 10 local food trucks—including Happy Cow, Drewski’s and Chando’s Tacos (one of my favorites)—will be congregated near the playground, serving up their delicious wares to East Sac residents. There will also be live music and a beer and wine garden.
If last year’s Food Truck Mania was any indication, this year should be incredibly popular, so plan on arriving early to avoid long lines. This year’s Food Truck Mania is sponsored by City Councilmember Jeff Harris, and will occur every second Friday of the month through October.
