Celebrate autumn the German way with the 47th annual Oktoberfest, to be held this coming Friday and Saturday, October 10 & 11 at Sacramento Turn Verein. At “Sacramento’s first, best and biggest Oktoberfest celebration,” there will be live music from local traditional German bands, dancing, kids’ activities and authentic German food. And, oh yes, plenty of beer in the outdoor “biergarten.”
