This coming Friday, March 27, the Sacramento Food Film Festival comes to East Sac. And this evening’s event promises food and fun for the entire family. From 6-9pm, the Clunie Community Center will host Family Movie Night and Dinner, including a screening of Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory and a spaghetti dinner made by Selland’s Market Café chefs Randall Selland and Ravin Patel.
Dinner will include pasta, salad and French bread with a slice of blueberry pie for dessert (inspired by the unfortunate Violet Beauregarde in the film). Children will also have the opportunity to get a Golden Ticket and win a copy of the film and a kids’ cookbook. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children 12 and under.
