Today is the soft opening of SacTown Union Brewery in East Sac. I’ve been looking forward to them opening up ever since Quinn and Michael came to an East Sac Chamber of Commerce lunch meeting over a year ago. They seem to be great guys with a focus on community in addition to brewing amazing beers. I look forward to seeing how everything came together for them in the long struggle to get their brewery open.
I hope to see a lot of my friends out there tonight welcoming them to the neighborhood. They are tucked away at 1210 66th Street and are open today from noon to midnight. They will be closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and then open Wednesday and Thursday from 4-10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from noon to midnight and next Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
