This Thursday, March 19, young musicians and artists at Theodore Judah Elementary will show the public their impressive talents at their annual Spring Art and Music Festival. From 5:30-7pm, music students will show off their songwriting, music reading, ukelele, recorder and violin playing skills. There will also be an auction of student artwork as well as a sidewalk sale of art under $10.
Proceeds from art sales will fund visiting artists, supplies for docents and bulletin boards. This year’s festival will be at Kit Carson School (53rd and N Sts.). For more information, email hellotjpta@gmail.com.
